The Arizona Middle School Science Bowl (AZ MSSB) competition is a statewide academic competition for middle school students of Arizona. In this event, middle school students compete in a fast-paced verbal forum to solve technical problems and answer questions in all branches of science and math. The competition follows a toss-up question and answer format that is similar to the TV game show Jeopardy.
