Science cafés are live—and lively—events that take place in casual settings such as pubs and coffeehouses, are open to everyone, and feature an engaging conversation with a scientist about a particular topic. Chandler's Science Cafes occur the first Tuesday of each month (except for January due to the holiday) at Coach & Willies in Chandler from 6pm - 8pm. Join us for drinks and socializing during the NerdBar from 6-7pm. At 7pm a scientist will join us a conversation on a topic of their expertise. These moderated discussions are casual conversations with scientists rather than formal lectures.
