The Scottsdale Charros, City of Scottsdale, Society for American Baseball Research and the Arizona SciTech Festival present The Science of Baseball…What is it like to experience a 100mph baseball whiz by your field of vision? Find out at the free Science of Baseball Festival scheduled February 25-26, on the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall. The Festival will bring together some of the nation's most accomplished sports researchers to discuss, debate and display baseball trends and innovations. The Festival also will feature fun, interactive experiments designed to engage fans of all ages. It will be part of a larger celebration of baseball and Spring Training taking place all weekend in Scottsdale.
